I agree with LJZTT though, it's little things like missing parts and poor packaging that perpetuate the bad rap on an otherwise top vendor. I'd really like to see the Z1 bashing and other drama put behind us as I think you have a lot of good products and pricing. As I said, the SMICs look great, and I also noticed your change to an o-ringed flange on the turbo (pic below). Keep up the good work, but please do something about that packaging!
